David Mundy (leg) will play for Freo in Round 2
The 316-gamer has recovered from his leg fracture sustained in December. He played all of Freo’s match simulation on Friday 5 June and will be a lock for round two. The Freo veteran is likely to start in the midfield and may also switch forward at times.
Mundy has been so consistent in AFL Fantasy in the last five years never waivering from the 80 range.
It must be noted he only just scraped into an AFL Fantasy average of 80 in the 2019 Season.
Factor in another year older and this injury, it would look to spell a season of a mid 70’s average forward.
If you’re a contending AFL Fantasy Keeper League team, its worth it to put the feelers out to see how an ageing and injured forward is valued.
