#AFLFantasy Tim Taranto (shoulder) expected back in ‘latter half of the season’

‘This is no doubt disappointing individually for Tim, particularly after the stellar season he had last year’, Jason McCartney said, Giants football boss.
‘We could have gone a non-surgical route but considering he hasn’t had any history of shoulder injuries and his young age, it was decided that surgery was the best option to ensure a full recovery’, he added.
Tim is expected to attend rehab to immediately get back on the field for the latter half of the season.
The 22 year old midfielder averaged a huge 112 AFL Fantasy points in his 2019 breakout season.
Injury news should not change his draft position as a second rounder in AFL Fantasy Dynasty leagues.
Josh Kelly and Jacob Hopper will receive a boost whilst Taranto is sidelined.
